摘要
纯棉针织物活性染料染色后，采用不同组分的皂洗剂进行皂洗，测试了皂洗残液总吸光度、K／S值、耐摩擦色牢度、耐水烫色牢度和耐皂洗色牢度，确定了复配低温皂洗剂的最佳组成。试验表明，复配低温皂洗剂的最佳皂洗工艺条件为：皂洗剂质量浓度2g/L，皂洗温度60℃，皂洗时间20min，皂洗液pH值8—10。
After reactive dyeing, the soaping of cotton fabric is carried out with different composition soaping agents. The total soaping residue liquor absorbance, K/S value, color fastnesses to rubbing, hot water and soaping are tested. The optimal compositions of the low temperature soaping agent is set- tled. The results show that the optimal soaping conditions are soaping agent 2 g/L, pH value of soaping liquor 8~10, soaping at 60 ℃ for 20 min. So low temperature soaping at 60 ℃ for cotton fabric is realized.
