摘要
目的探讨人性化管理模式在医院护理管理中应用效果。方法选择我院50例科室护理人员作为研究对象,随机分为实验组与对照组,各25例。分别应用人性化管理模式和常规管理模式,对两组护理人员的护理质量进行对比。结果实验组护士的护理质量评分、满意度更高,对比组间结果,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化管理模式在医院护理管理能够发挥出很高的应用价值,对于提高护理质量、改善患者满意度意义重大。
Objective To explore the application effect of humanized management mode in hospital nursing management. Methods 50 cases of nursing staff in our hospital were selected as the research object, randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each of 25 cases. The nursing quality of the two groups of nursing staff were compared by using the humanized management mode and the routine management mode. Results The nursing quality score and satisfaction of the experimental group were higher, and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion Humanized management mode in hospital care management can play a very high value, for improving the quality of care, improve patient satisfaction is of great significance.
