摘要
目的探讨安全护理措施在ICU机械通气患者镇静治疗的临床效果。方法选取128例ICU机械通气患者作为研究对象,所有患者均采取镇静治疗,其中64例患者采取给药护理措施,作为对照组;另外64例患者在对照组的基础上,采取安全护理措施,作为观察组;对比分析两组患者的临床效果指标。结果观察组Ramsay镇静平均分低于对照组,住院时间、留观时间、置管时间均短于对照组,UE发生率及VAP发生率均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论安全护理措施可提高ICU机械通气患者镇静治疗的临床效果及安全性,促进病情康复,改善预后,减少镇静不足或镇静过度引起UE、VAP的发生。
Objective To explore the safety nursing measures in ICU mechanical ventilation in patients with calm the clinical effect of treatment. Methods 128 cases of patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU select as the object of study, all patients were taken sedation, which 64 patients take medication nursing measures, as the control group, another 64 patients in the control group on the basis, take the safe nursing measures, as the observation group, comparative analysis of two groups of patients with clinical effect index. Results In the observation group, the average score of Ramsay was lower than that of the control group, the length of stay, the time of observation, and the duration of catheterization were shorter than that of the control group, the incidence of UE and VAP were less than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Safety nursing measures can improve the clinical efficacy and safety of ICU mechanical ventilation patients in the treatment of sedation, promote the rehabilitation of the disease, improve the prognosis, reduce the lack of sedation or excessive sedation caused by UE, VAP.
