摘要 目的 探讨呼吸机治疗老年重症肺炎的疗效。方法 选择2014年2月-2016年2月我院收治的重症肺炎老年患者80例作为研究对象,根据随机数表法将其平均分为研究组与对照组,各40例。对照组采取对症治疗,研究组在此基础上应用无创呼吸机辅助治疗。结果 研究组治疗的总有效率为85.00%,高于对照组60.00%,对比差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 呼吸机在老年重症肺炎的治疗中具有显著的应用效果,可以快速改善患者的缺氧状态,强化肺功能。 Objective To investigate the efficacy of ventilator in the treatment of severe pneumonia in elderly patients. Methods Selected 80 cases from 2014 February to February 2016 in our hospital from severe pneumonia in elderly patients as the research object, according to the random number table method will be divided into study group and control group, 40 cases in each. The control group was treated with symptomatic treatment, the study group was based on the application of noninvasive ventilator assisted treatment. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 85%, higher than that of the control group (60%), and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Mechanical ventilation in the treatment of severe pneumonia in the elderly has a significant effect, can rapidly improve the patient's hypoxia, strengthen the lung function.
