摘要
目的探讨曲美他嗪治疗急性心肌炎伴心功能不全及心律失常的临床价值。方法选取医院2014年2月至2015年2月收治的急性心肌炎伴心功能不全及心律失常患者84例,按随机数字表法均分为对照组与试验组,两组患者均给予基础治疗,试验组患者在此基础上加用曲美他嗪治疗,对比两组患者心肌酶指标、心功能指标的改善情况及临床疗效。结果治疗后,试验组患者的心肌酶指标,包括乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、血清天门冬酸氨基转移酶(AST)水平,心功能指标,包括心率(HR)、左心室舒张末内径(LVEDd)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)及脑尿钠肽(BNP)水平均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者的总有效率(88.10%)与对照组(69.05%)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论曲美他嗪治疗急性心肌炎伴心功能不全及心律失常效果明显,可有效控制心肌酶的水平,改善患者的心功能损伤程度,临床应用价值显著。
Objective To investigate the clinical application value of trimetazidine for acute myocarditis with heart failure and arrhythmia.Methods 84 cases of acute myocarditis cardiac function failure and cardiac arrhythmia patients from February 2014 to February 2015 in the hospital were divided in to the control group and the experimental group according to random number table method. The two groups received basic treatment,and the experimental group received trimetazidine treatment. The degree change of myocardial enzyme indexes,improvement of heart function and clinical efficacy were analyzed. Results After treatment,the myocardial enzyme index,including LDH,CK,and AST levels,and heart function index,including HR,LVEDd,LVEF and BNP levels of the experimental group were significantly better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）; the total effective rate of the experimental group was 88. 10%,which was significantly higher than 69. 05% of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Trimetazidine treatment of acute myocarditis with heart failure and arrhythmia has obvious efficacy can effectively control the levels of cardiac enzymes and improving cardiac function degree in patients,which has significant clinical value.
