摘要
以典型钛合金钣金零件角压条为研究对象,利用PAM-STAMP 2G有限元软件对角压条的橡皮囊成形过程进行模拟,通过对角压条橡皮囊成形过程中成形件的应力、回弹及厚度分布等的分析,预测了钣金件成形过程中减薄、拉裂、回弹等缺陷,分析了缺陷产生的原因,供钣金件橡皮囊成形工艺参数的优化和模具结构的改进参考。
The rubber bladder forming process of the angle layer for the typical titanium alloy sheet metal part is simulated by the PAM-STAMP 2G finite element software. The conditions of its thinning, cracking and springback are predicted by analyzing the forming stress in its process. And then, the reference is provided for the parameters optimization of the sheet metal hydraulic stretch forming process and the die structure improvement.
