摘要
戏剧影视文学专业创新人才培育是我国文化产业发展与文化传承的客观需求。高水平原创编剧人才供给不足,非物质文化遗产保护十分迫切是戏剧影视文学专业创新人才培育的主要原因与意义所在。文章基于当前戏剧影视文学专业教育存在的问题,认为开设戏剧影视文学专业的院校必须加快构建创新型戏剧影视文学人才培养计划、加速推进趣味型戏剧影视文学理论教学改革、加强戏剧影视文学专业学生创作能力的培养。
Professional and innovative talents cultivation in theatre, film and television literature fields, are the objec- tive demand of the development of cultural industries and cultural heritage. High levels of original screenwriter talents are in short supply, the protection of intangible cultural heritage are in very urgent, each of them is the main reason for professional and innovative talent cultivation in theatre, film and television literature fields. Based on problems existing in the film and television drama literature professional education, acceleration of construction of innovative theatre, film and television literature talent training plan and acceleration of fun type of drama, film and television literature theory teaching reform, the paper aims to enhance the drama of movie and TV literature majors creative ability training. words：
