摘要
目的:观察天麦消渴片联合二甲双胍对新诊断2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗、胰岛β细胞功能的影响。方法:新诊断2型糖尿病患者120例随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,观察组患者给予天麦消渴片联合二甲双胍口服,对照组给予二甲双胍片口服,连续治疗12W后,比较2组患者治疗前后糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、胰岛β细胞功能指数(HOMA-β)。结果:2组患者HbA1c、FBG、2 hPG、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和HOMA-IR治疗后均低于治疗前,HOMA-β、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)均高于治疗前(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后HOMA-IR降低幅度大于对照组,差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.05),HOMA-β升高幅度大于对照组,差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:天麦消渴片联合二甲双胍治疗新诊断2型糖尿病具有较好的HbA1c达标率,能改善胰岛素抵抗。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Tianmai Xiaoke Tablet on insulin resistance and pancreatic β- cell function of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: 120 newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes were randomly assigned to two groups. Patients in observation group received Tianmai Xiaoke Tablet combined with metformin,while patients in the control group received metformin only,and then followed- up for 12 weeks. All patients were required to receive laboratory examination before and after treatment,including glycosylated hemoglobin( HbA1c),fasting plasma glucose( FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose( 2hPG),fasting insulin,blood lipid level,etc. Results: The levels of HbA1c,FBG,2 hPG,TC,TG,LDL- c,and HOMA insulin resistance index( HOMA- IR) were significantly lower in the two groups after treatment,HOMA- IR level in the observation group was obviously lower than control group after treatment( P〈0. 05),pancreatic β- cell function index( HOMA- β) was significantly higher in observation group than that of control group( P〈0. 05).Conclusion: Tianmai Xiaoke Tablet combined with meformin may increase the HbA1c compliance rate,improve insulin resistance,and has a good effect in the treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic mellitus.
