摘要
富氧燃烧凭借其高效减排的特点,成为了当今研究的热点。针对600 MW锅炉,通过数值模拟研究,分析大容量富氧燃烧锅炉燃用神华煤的结渣趋势,通过分析表明:在富氧燃烧条件下,富氧燃烧锅炉主燃烧区域的水冷壁,以及过热器屏底部的结渣和高温腐蚀倾向有所加剧。
Due to high efficient effect of CO_2 reduction, the oxy-fuel combustion has become a significant topic about energy saving and emission reducing. According to 600 MW boiler, through numerical simulation study, Shenhua coal slagging tendency of large capacity boilers under the conditions of oxygen fuel combustion was analyzed, the analysis show that under the conditions of oxygen fuel combustion Slagging and high-temperature corrosion tendency of the area of the main combustion of the boiler water and wall superheater bottom increased.
