摘要
目的了解北京部分农村社区居民超重/肥胖和中心性肥胖情况。方法对18岁以上604户1 425名居民进行调查,内容包括年龄、职业、教育水平、婚姻状况、个人健康状况;医学体检包括测量身高、体重、腰围等指标,肥胖的定义依据"中国成年人超重和肥胖症预防控制指南"标准。结果 18岁以上人群超重率为31.1%,肥胖率为28.7%,中心性肥胖患病率为55.0%,身体脂肪轻度/重度超标率分别为25.1%和54.5%,内脏脂肪轻度/重度超标率分别为31.5%和20.3%。结论北京市部分农村社区居民超重/肥胖超过50%,亟待采取相应的干预策略。
[ Objective] To understand prevalence rates of overweight / obesity, central obesity and variation trends of residents in some rural communities of Beijing City. [Methods] A total of 1 425 residents of 604 families above 18 years old were investigated, including age, occupation, level of education, marital status, personal health status. Medical examination included measurement of height,weight,waist circumference and other indicators,obesity was defined according to the definition of ＂Guidelines for the Prevention and Control of Overweight and Obesity in Chinese Adults＂. [ Results ] The prevalence rate were 31.1% on overweight, 28.7% on obesity,55.0% on central obesity, 25.1% and 54.5% on light and severe excessive rate of body fat,31.5% and 20.3% on light and severe excessive rate of visceral fat among 〉18 years age group.[Conclusion] The prevalence rate of overweight / obesity is over 50% in some rural communities of Beijing City,which need corresponding intervention strategies.
