摘要
目的现况调查上海市奉贤区中小学生奶类相关营养知识知晓率及其态度行为,为开展学生营养宣教及膳食指导提供科学依据。方法采取随机抽样的方法,抽取奉贤区8所中小学校中的4—7年级共2163名学生进行奶类相关营养知识、态度及饮奶行为问卷调查。结果学生奶类相关营养知识总体知晓率为80.83%,初中生奶类营养知晓率(84.00%)高于小学生(77.86%),女生奶类知识知晓率(85.30%)和营养态度积极性高于男生(77.41%),男生饮奶行为正确率(35.57%)高于女生(31.15%),差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05);食品科学知识读物是学生获取奶类相关营养知识的主要途径。结论奉贤区中小学生对奶类相关营养知识知晓率较高,营养态度一般,饮奶行为正确率较低。社区在加强学生营养知识宣教的同时应引导中小学生正确饮奶,改善学生营养态度及饮奶行为。
[Objective] To perform a cross-sectional study on knowledge attitude and practice of dairy nutrition among primary and middle school students in Fengxian District of Shanghai City, and provide scientific evidence for developing nutritional education and dietary instruction among students. [Methods] A questionnaire survey about knowledge, attitude and practice for dairy nutrition was conducted 2 163 students from grade 4-7 of 8 primary and middle schools in Fengxian District via random sampling. [Results] The overall awareness rate of dairy knowledge among students was 80.83% ,the awareness rate of junior middle school students (84.00%)was higher than pupils (77.86%),the awareness rate of knowledge (85.30%)and attitude about dairy nutrition in female students was higher than that of male students (77.41%),the correct rate of the behavior for dairy intake in male students (35.37%)was higher than that of female student (31.15%),with significant difference (P〈0.05). The reading matter of food science was the main way for students to obtain knowledge about dairy nutrition. [ Conclusion ] Primary and middle school students in Fengxian district has a higher awareness rate of the knowledge about dairy nutrition,the nutrition behavior of them is not high,which has a lower rate of the behavior for taking dairy correctly. Nutrition education from community should be given to them to improve the attitude and behavior of diary nutrition, a guidance of the right way for taking dairy nutrition should be given to students at the same time.
