摘要
通过失重法、动电位极化、交流阻抗测试方法研究了一种曼尼希碱缓蚀剂在15%的盐酸溶液中针对四种不同油套管钢的缓蚀作用机理。试验结果表明,该曼尼希碱缓蚀剂对四种油套管钢都具有良好的缓蚀性能,其缓蚀率均高于99%。在添加相同浓度缓蚀剂的条件下,四种材料腐蚀速率依次为13Cr>HP13Cr>N80>P110。极化曲线结果表明,该缓蚀剂为混合型缓蚀剂,缓蚀剂在金属表面为几何覆盖效应。
Weight loss, polarization, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy methods were used to studied the corrosion inhibition mechanism of mannich inhibitor on the four different oil casing tube in 15 % hydrochloric acid solution.The result indicated that the mannich inhibitor had good inhibition performance on the four different oil casing tube, and the inhibitive efficiency reached above 99 %.The corrosion rate of four materials was 13 Cr HP13Cr〈N80〈 P110 under the condition of the same concentration of inhibitor. Results of the polarization indicated that the mannich inhibitor was a mixed type inhibitor,and the surface of metal covered by inhibitor.
