摘要
针对三氯甲烷废水处理中试装置,应用C++集成环境(Qt 5.2.1)对其进行仿真计算软件开发设计.从图形界面和逻辑代码两个方面,研究了装置中主要设备、操作参数、结构尺寸、处理效率等模块的关联性;并将所开发的仿真计算软件在三氯甲烷废水处理实验中进行了应用.结果表明:所开发的三氯甲烷废水处理软件计算准确,计算偏差在0.005 mg/L以下;所开发的仿真软件在界面操作方面具有简明、方便的特点,可通过下拉菜单进行设备操作参数的选择和输入,并能灵活地运用文本框进行参数的调整.
The simulation software of the pilot-plant of chloroform wastewater treatment was designed by usingC++ integration platform(Qt 5.2.1).The relevance of the pilot-plant's modules such as main devices,operatingparameters,structure size,and treatment efficiency was studied from aspects of graphic interface and logiccodes.And the simulation software was applied in the pilot-plant experiment of chloroform wastewater treatment.The results show that the calculation results of the software is accurate,and the deviation is less than 0.005 mg/L.This simulation software is concise and convenient in interface operation,by which the parameters of the pi-lot-plant can be selected and input in the pull-down menu,and adjusted flexibly using the textbox of the inter-face.
