摘要
为解决利用橘皮仪得出的测量值(如L、S、CF、R等)根据现有评价方法判断漆膜质量的结果与目视效果不一致的问题,提出了一种新的综合判定漆膜外观的评价方法──平衡数据B。说明了该方法的原理,并用实例介绍了其应用。
Aiming to solve the problem of evaluation inconsistency of coating quality between the results evaluated based on some test values （such as L, S, CF and R） given by orange peel meter according to existing evaluation methods and visual effect, a new method, called balance value B, for comprehensively evaluating the appearance of coating was presented. The principle of this method was explained and its application was introduced with some examples.
