摘要
自金元以来,医家常以乌梅为敛肺、涩肠之药,笔者通过阅读《神农本草经》《伤寒论》等经典医籍,发现乌梅以其酸收之性不仅为敛肝之妙药,更具有独特的"下气"之用,对于以厥阴风火上犯或厥阴犯肺胃之气火上逆为主要病机的疾患具有临床指导意义。故笔者从乌梅"下气"考、历代医家对"乌梅"下气的运用、乌梅"下气"运用提要、乌梅"下气"验案4方面来深入探析乌梅"下气"之功,以求同道重拾经典,验于实践,服务病患。
Since Jin and Yuan dynasties,Wumei has been seemed as a drug of astringing lung and bowel. By reading Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Shen Nong＇s herbal classic and so on,the author fined not only Wumei is a miraculous drug of stringing liver,but also it is a drug of descending Qi which is different from others. It is deeply meaningful for clinical problems including wind and fire disturbance of Jueyin meridian and Jueyin meridian disturbing lung and stomach. Now the author will prove the function from four aspects： proving the function of descending Qi of Wumei,the scholars＇ using of descending Qi of Wumei. How to use it in medicinal records. We will draw more attention to the function and put it into practice to serve the patients.
