摘要
基于当前矿井纵轴式掘进机的使用现状,为分析其截割破岩机理,对纵轴式掘进机的结构构成进行了详细分析。将截割载荷作为主要的掘进机破岩机理分析基础,建立了单齿截割受力分析模型,计算出截割机构的牵引阻力以及任意截齿的截割侧向力。针对目前截割机构主要的工作状态为摆截割,分析了摆动截割时截割头载荷计算模型并分析了其所受的截割载荷,为后续结构分析提供了理论基础。
Based on the current status of mine vertical axis type machine use, for the analysis of the cutting mechanism of rock fragmentation, the structure of the vertical axis type machine structure are analyzed in detail.The cutting load as the main machine rock fragmentation mechanism analysis foundation, the single tooth cutting force analysis model was established, the traction resistance of calculate the cutting institutions and arbitrary cutting side force of the cutting teeth.In view of the present work state of cutting mechanism is mainly for cutting, analyzes the swing cutting when the cutting head load calculation model and analyzed its cutting load, provides a theoretical basis for subsequent structure analysis.
