摘要
本文以中国合格评定国家认可委员会认可的电气领域检测实验室为研究基础,对此类实验室进行了总体认可情况和未来发展态势的简要介绍;特别以近年来的实验室督查及日常评审情况为基础,采用实例解析的方式,对该领域实验室在ISO/IEC 17025质量管理体系运行中的典型的多发性问题进行了说明,并依据ISO/IEC 17025的标准要求及实验室认可规范的要求,分别针对这些问题提出了相应的整改建议。
Based on the research of the electric testing laboratory accredited by China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment, this paper briefly introduces the overall accreditation situation and the future development trend of these relevant laboratories. Then especially on the basis of the laboratory supervision and daily review, adopting the method of instance analysis, it expounds the typical and multiple problems concerning to the laboratories in this field which applied to ISO/IEC 17025 quality management system. Finally, according to the requirements in the ISO/ IEC 17025 and laboratory accreditation specification, the suggestions on the rectification and reform are given to these problems respectively.
