限磷饮食对改善维持性血液透析患者生活质量的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的:探讨限磷饮食教育对改善维持性血液透析(MHD)患者生活质量的临床意义。方法:将80例进行MHD的终末期肾病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组给予常规护理模式,观察组在常规护理模式基础上增加限磷饮食教育干预措施,比较观察组干预12周前后血钙、磷及生活质量评分变化。结果:干预后观察组血磷水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05),生理质量评分中职能评分、角色职能评分、情绪职能评分、认知职能评分、社会职能评分、心理健康及总生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对MHD患者进行强化限磷饮食教育,能有效降低血磷水平,提高患者生活质量。
