摘要
学生的职业能力在学生就业过程中起着关键性的作用。而独立学院学生因生源特殊性,在就业竞争中逊色于普通本科学校。故而如何在大学教育中培养学生的职业能力成为时下值得探讨的命题。本文就独立学院学生职业能力培养遭遇的挑战、进行就业教育时的对策思考等方面,来对这一命题进行初步的探讨。
Students＇ professional ability plays a key role in the process of their employment.However,due to the particularity of students from independent colleges,they are inferior to students from regular undergraduate colleges in employment competition.Therefore,how to train students＇ professional ability in college education has become an issue worthy of exploration.This paper tentatively explores this issue from the challenges encountered in the cultivation of independent college students＇ professional ability,and the countermeasures for employment education.
