摘要
为了提高关角隧道径向注浆堵水效果和注浆效率,通过市场调研分析,采用目前国内煤矿中得到广泛应用的新型高分子材料马丽散进行试验,并取得成功。该新型高分子注浆材料能有效封堵基岩裂隙水,注浆工艺简单,固结速度快,浆液损失小,耐久性好,减少钻孔数量,极大地提高了注浆堵水效果和注浆效率,加快了施工进度,在铁路隧道堵水中具有很好的推广应用价值。
In order to improve radial grouting plugging effect and grouting efficiency in Guanjiao Tunnel,the polymer Marison,which is currently widely used in coal mine based on market investigation.,is put into test and proved applicable The new polymer grouting material is effective in blocking bedrock fissure water with the characteristics of simple grouting process,fast consolidation,small loss of slurry,good durability and less drilling, which greatly improve water plugging and grouting effect, accelerate construction progress with the potential in railway tunnel water plugging
