摘要
传统的热压封口机械由传送带等装置构成传送系统,结合滚轮式、滑动式、熔切式等热封方法,完成对薄膜包装材料的热压合,实现对被包装物品的封口。本文基于传统热封包装机原理,设计了一种利用成型器和紧贴其表面的包装材料作为传送装置,将被包装物传送至加热辊完成热压封口的机械,从而达到节省工作空间、减少机器成本的目的。
TThe traditional hot sealing machine consists of devices such as conveyor belt transmission system. With sealing methods of rolling, sliding and fusion cutting, the machine completes the hot pressing of packaging films so as to finish the sealing. This paper, on the basis of the principle of traditional heat sealing packaging machine, designs a new system by using a molding machine and a type of packing material that is closely against the machine as the transmission device. Goods prepared for package are transmitted to the heating roller to seal. This design uses working space sparingly and reduces cost.
