摘要
《地面气象观测规范》指出结露的天气条件要晴朗少风湿度大，而福建省长汀县气象观测站在一次结露时，地面气象观测中观测到相对湿度在53％～59％，相对湿度与《地面气象观测规范》中结露的天气条件要晴朗少风湿度大的标准有差异。根据当时形成露时的各种气象要素实况、天气条件和有关资料进行分析，说明此次中等相对湿度结露虽然与《规范》中规定湿度要大和有关文献结露时的相对湿度指标的要求差异显著，但仍属正常。
As is pointed out in the Specifications for Meteorological Observation on Ground Surface, the weather condition for dew to form is light wind, large humidity and fine sky. When a dew formed in Changting, Fujian, however, the relative humidity was only between 53% and 59%, which was greatly different from the specification above. In this work, study is made of different observed elements, weather conditions and relevant data with the finding that the significant difference between the observed moderate level of relative humidity and that of the specification is still within normal range.
