摘要
以河南某煤制醋酸项目的 CO变换装置为例,对CO变换工序的工艺流程及工序特点做了简要介绍,并在详细了解工艺流程特点及现场制约的基础上,对装置的设备布置做了合理设计;根据设备布置特点及工艺要求,对工序内的重要管道、公用物料站的布置进行了分析,并就如何合理的设置管架这一问题进行阐发,探讨了设计时的注意事项。
According to CO shift conversion of a coal to acetic acid project in Henan,process flow and process character of CO shift unit were introduced. Based on its information and local limit,equipment layout was designed.According to requirements of equipment layout and process,the layout of key pipeline,pipe support and utilities station were discussed.
