经食管超声心动图在儿童患者手术中的应用研究进展 被引量:3

Progress of Transesophageal Echocardiography in Paediatric Surgery

摘要 随着技术的发展和临床的需要,经食管超声心动图越来越受到临床医师的青睐。虽然经食管超声心动图已经发展了20余年,但是目前在国内仍未在术中广泛应用经食管超声心动图,在儿童手术中的应用更是少见。目前国内外的文献均证实术中使用经食管超声心动图具有良好的安全性和丰富的应用范围。本文将从经食管超声心动图在小儿手术中的应用范围、适应证、并发症以及目前的技术进展方面进行综述。 With the development of surgical technology and the need of clinical, transesophageal echocardiography is more and more favored by clinicians. Although the transesophageal echocardiography has developed more than 20 years, yet it has not been widely used in operation at present in domestic. In addition, its application in surgery of children is more rare. It has been confirmed that intraoperative use of transesophageal echocardiography has good safety and wide range of application. We wiU summarize indications, complications, and the progress of the current technology from the scope of transesophageal echocardiography in pediatric surgery.
