摘要
在一定条件下,以铬黑T(EBT)为指示剂,NH3·H2O-NH4Cl为缓冲溶液,在此条件下,EDTA会与Ca、Mg离子形成较稳定的配合物,从而可测定矿泉水中的Ca、Mg总量,根据几种矿泉水的硬度来引导人们选择适合自己的饮用矿泉水。研究发现,本次实验所测定的五种矿泉水的硬度均未超出国家标准范围。结果表明,几种不同品牌市售矿泉水的硬度存在较大差别,建议消费者应该根据自身的健康状况选择适合自己的饮用矿泉水。
Under certain conditions,the chromium black T( EBT) was used as the indicator,and the NH3·H2O-NH4 Cl was used as buffer solution. Under these conditions,EDTA will form a more stable complex with Mg and Ca ions,so that the total amount of Ca and Mg in mineral water can be determined. The hardness of several mineral water can guide people to choose their own drinking mineral water. The results showed that the hardness of the five mineral water measured in this experiment did not exceed the national standard. The results showed that there was a big difference between the hardness of several different brands of mineral water,it was suggested that consumers should choose their own drinking mineral water according to their own health conditions.
