3D打印技术在跟骨骨折手术治疗中的应用 被引量:7

The application of 3D printing technology in surgical treatment of calcaneal fractures

摘要 目的探讨3D打印技术在跟骨骨折手术治疗中的应用效果。方法 2014年7月-2015年6月期间在顺德勒流医院进行跟骨骨折手术的58例患者的临床资料,根据治疗方式不同分为对照组和3D组,各29例。两组患者均进行常规的术前检查,3D组在此基础上给予3D打印技术。观察并比较两组患者手术时间,术中出血量,术后愈合时间,以及治疗效果。结果 3d组患者手术时间和手术出血量均低于对照组,愈合时间短于对照组,t检验显示,两组在以上3指标间差异均具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。3D组患者的优良率为93.10%(27/29),而对照组优良率为79.31%(23/29),3D组高于对照组,χ^2检验显示两组间差异具有统计学意义(χ^2=4.35,P〈0.05)。结论术前制备骨骼3D打印模型和导向模型能够降低手术时间和术中出血量,促进术后愈合,提高治疗效果,安全高效。 Objective To explore and discuss the application effect of 3D printing technology in surgical treatment of calcaneal fractures. Methods The clinical data of 58 patients with calcaneal fractures surgery in Leliu hospital of Shunde from July 2014 to June 2015 were divided into control group and 3D group according to different treatment ways,29 cases in each group.The two groups both received routine preoperative examination,while the 3D group received 3D printing technology on this basis.The operative time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative healing time and treatment effect of the two groups were observed and compared. Results In the 3D group,the operative time and operative bleeding volume were both lower than that of the control group,the healing time was shorter than that of the control group.The t-test showed that the differences among the former three indexes were statistically significant between the two groups(P〈0.05).The excellent rate of the 3D group was 93.10%(27/29),which was higher than the 79.31%(23/29) of the control group.The chi-square test showed that the difference of the two groups was statistically significant(χ^2=4.35,P〈0.05). Conclusion Bone 3D printing model and guidance model prepared before surgery could reduce the operative time and intraoperative blood loss,promote postoperative healing,and improve the treatment effect,which was safe and efficient.
