摘要
目的分析肛裂继发脓肿根治术后hs-CRP和IL-6表达对疾病预后的指导意义。方法连续选择2010年10月至2014年10月入我院诊断为肛裂继发肛周脓肿患者共124例,行肛裂切除、内括约肌切断和脓肿挂线切开引流的术式,对比术前和术后血清hs-CRP和IL-6表达与预后的关系。结果 124例患者共一次性根治术痊愈患者共68例(54.8%)设为A组,两次及以上痊愈患者共32例(25.8%)设为B组,出现严重并发症未愈患者共24例(19.4%)设为C组。C组术前hs-CRP和IL-6水平显著高于A组和B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后A组和B组hs-CRP和IL-6水平均较术前显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而C组术后变化不大,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 hs-CRP和IL-6水平对指导肛裂继发脓肿根治术后预后有一定的临床价值。
Objective to study the value of hs-CRP and IL-6expression on prognosis of Radical operation for secondary Abscess with anal fissure.Methods A total of 124 consecutives from Octomber 2010 to Octomber 2014 were adopted operation of anal fissure excision,internal sphincter cutting,abscess seton and incision-drainage;then to compare levels of hs-CRP and IL-6expression.Results there were up to 68cases（54.8%）recovery had one time operation as the A group,32cases（25.8%）recovery had more than one times as the B group,and other 24cases（19.4%）had bad complications as the C group.the levels of hs-CRP and IL-6before operation in C group were both significantly higher than the other two groups（P〈0.05）;What＇more,they in A and B group after operation were significantly lower than before（P〈0.05）;but there were no lower in C group（P〉0.05）.Conclusion hs-CRP and IL-6expression has a certain value on prognosis of Radical operation for secondary Abscess with anal fissure.
