摘要
以绿熟期番茄果实为试材,对番茄果实进行60μL/L NO、500μg/g乙烯利(Ethrel)、NO+乙烯利、乙烯利+NO处理后贮藏于(16±0.5)℃条件下,研究NO和乙烯利处理对番茄采后软化相关酶活性影响,探讨NO与乙烯利的拮抗作用。分析测定果实软化相关的多聚半乳糖醛酸酶(PG)、果胶裂解酶(PL)、纤维素酶(Cx)、β-半乳糖苷酶(β-gal)、果胶酯酶(PME)、β-葡萄糖苷酶(β-glu)的活性变化。结果表明:NO显著延缓了番茄果实硬度下降和PG、Cx、β-glu、PL、β-gal酶活性的变化,降低了乙烯释放量,推迟乙烯高峰。乙烯利处理促进了果实硬度的下降、乙烯释放量的增加和Cx、PL、β-gal、PME活性的上升,乙烯利和NO共同处理作用效果低于NO单独处理组而高于乙烯利处理组。NO可能通过调控番茄内源乙烯利的合成来抑制成熟软化相关酶的活性,且抑制了外源乙烯对果实乙烯生物合成的催化作用,从而可以在生理水平调控番茄果实的成熟,延长番茄果实的货架期。
The mature green tomato fruit as materials of tomato fruit were treated 60 μL/L NO, 500 μg/g ethephon(Ethrel), NO+ethephon, ethephon+NO, then stored at(16±0.5) ℃. Effects of the combination treatment of nitric oxide and ethephon on sof tening related enzyme activity were investigated. Determination fruit softening associated poly galacturonic acid enzyme(PG), pectin lyase(PL), cellulase(Cx), β-galactosidase(β-gal), pectin esterase(PME), β-glucosidase(β-glu) were detected. The results showed: NO significantly delay the decline in tomato fruit firmness and PG, Cx, β-glu, PL, β-gal activity changes, reduced ethylene production, delayed ethylene peak. Ethephon treatment enhances the decline of fruit firmness, increase ethylene production and increased Cx, PL, β-gal, PME activity, ethephon and NO common treatment effect less than NO alone treatment group and higher ethephon treatment group. To inhibit the synthesis of ethylene ripening and softening related enzymes may NO source through the inner regulation tomato, and inhibits the exogenous ethylene on ethylene biosynthesis of catalysis, thereby regulating ripe tomato fruit at physiological levels, extending the tomato fruit shelf period.
