摘要
介绍了洪屏抽水蓄能电站生产准备培训的主要做法及取得的成效,结合当前机组面临的投产任务和运维一体化业务需求,提出了一些提升培训管理工作的思路,以期实现电站人才成长成才,助力电站安全生产,对其他抽水蓄能电站生产准备培训有一定的借鉴作用。
The main approaches and effects of production preparation training in Hongping Pumped-storage Power Station are introduced. After considering current production task and the requirement of integrated operation and maintenance of station, some upgrading ideas of training management are also proposed in order to achieve staff skill improvement and safe operation.
