摘要
目的通过对乳腺癌住院患者手术前后实行临床护理路径,探讨CNP对乳腺癌手术患者的实施效果。方法研究纳入90例2013年1月~2014年6月入院手术治疗的乳腺癌患者,对患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。根据护理方法不同分为观察组（n=40）和对照组（n=40）,对照组患者常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理基础上给予临床路径护理,出院前一天问卷调查患者护理满意度。将护理干预后两组患者住院时间、住院费用、术后不良反应和患者满意度进行对比分析。结果观察组患者手术前后经临床路径后,观察组患者住院时间和住院费用显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,观察组患者术后不良反应如恶心、呕吐和化学药物渗漏的发生率显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）,满意度问卷调查结果显示观察组患者满意度97.8%显著高于对照组73.3%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论乳腺癌患者手术前后实施临床路径护理,可明显缩短住院时间,减轻患者不良反应和并发症发生率,显著提高患者满意度,有助于乳腺癌患者术后恢复。
Objective To implement clinical nursing pathway for breast cancer patients before and after the operation and explore the implementation effect of CNP for breast cancer patients with operation. Methods 90 breast cancer patients with operation treatment in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2014 were selected, a retrospective analysis for clinical data of the patients.According to the different nursing methods patients were divided into observation group（n=40） and control group（n=40）,the control group received routine nursing,the observation group were given clinical nursing pathway based on routine nursing,the nursing satisfaction rate of patients were investigated by a questionnaire investigation method before leaved hospital;the hospitalization time,cost of hospitalization,postoperative adverse reaction and the satisfaction rate of patients of two groups after the nursing intervention were compared. Results The hospitalization time and cost of hospitalization of observation group after CNP were significant lower than control group（P 0.05）;the postoperative adverse reaction of observation group after operation such as the incidence of nausea,vomiting and chemical drug leakage were significant lower than control group（P 0.05）;the satisfaction survey results showed the nursing satisfaction rate of observation group 97.8% was significant higher than control group 73.3%（P 0.05）. Conclusion Implement clinical nursing pathway for breast cancer patients before and after the operation can shorten the time of hospitalization and reduce adverse reactions of patients significantly, and improve nursing satisfaction rate of patients,it is good for the postoperative recovery for breast cancer patients.
