帕金森病、特发性震颤及痉挛性斜颈共存于一家系

摘要 先证者（Ⅳ12）女，39岁。8年前发现左侧肢体静止时出现不自主抖动，情绪紧张时加重，动作及睡眠时消失，伴有左侧肢体的僵硬和行走缓慢，渐加重。4年前来我院就诊，诊断为“帕金森病”，给予美多巴125mg，rid，症状明显改善，3年前累及右侧肢体，出现右侧肢体的不自主抖动，性质同前，并伴有入睡困难、多梦，尿频、尿急，但无尿失禁。既往史、个人史（一）。
