摘要
近年来,食品安全已经逐渐成为人们关注的焦点,发展快速、高效针对有害物质残留的检测技术成为当前解决食品安全问题的关键。分子印迹聚合物作为一种能够特异性识别其对应分子的高分子材料吸附剂,具有预定性、较强识别性和较高稳定性的优点,在食品分析中应用广泛。综述了分子印迹聚合物的制备方法及其在食品残留检测中的应用。
In recent years,food safety has gradually become the focus of attention and the key to solve the problem is to develop some rapid and efficient technology what can be applied to the analysis of harmful residues in food.Molecularly imprinted polymers as a kind of polymer adsorbent which has specific recognition performance to special molecule has several advantages including predetermination,specific recognition and high stability.Therefore they have been widely used in food analysis.The preparing method of polymers and the application in the detection of residues in food were summarized.
