摘要
采用熔融共混法制备出了PA-6/碳纤维复合材料,研究了碳纤维对复合材料性能的影响;利用扫描电镜(SEM)分析了PA-6/碳纤维复合材料的断面形貌。结果表明:加入碳纤维后,PA-6的熔融指数降低;处理过的碳纤维与PA-6基体间界面粘结性较好,使得PA-6的冲击强度有所增加,拉伸强度、弯曲模量及力学性能的稳定性显著提升,吸水性明显降低。
PA-6/carbon fiber composite was prepared by melt blending PA-6with carbon fiber.The effect of carbon fiber on the property of composite was studied.The results showed that the MFR of PA-6decreased with adding carbon fiber.The impact strength of PA-6slightly increased,the tensile strength and flexural modulus of PA-6evidently increased,and the bibulous capability of PA-6obviously decreased with the addition of carbon fiber because the interfacial adhesion between the PA-6and carbon fiber was better.
