温针灸长强穴治疗功能性肛门直肠痛40例 被引量：12

摘要 功能性肛门直肠痛因病因尚不明确,药物治疗、物理疗法、生物反馈疗法等均效果不佳。笔者用温针灸长强穴治疗功能性肛门直肠痛40例疗效较好,现报道如下。1临床资料40例均为2006年至2014年山东省千佛山医院疼痛科及针灸科门诊收治患者。男17例、女23例,年龄18~70岁,病程3个月~8年。符合功能性肛门直肠痛的诊断标准^（[1]）。（1）慢性肛门痛：慢性或复发性直肠疼痛。发作至少持续20min。
