介绍了政府投资项目代建制的背景,从法律地位、合同主体责任与权力、代建费标准、行业管理等方面,分析了福建省省级政府投资项目代建制实践过程中存在的一些问题,并提出了具体的解决措施,以供参考。
Introduced the background of agent construction system of government investment project,from the legal status,contract main responsibility and authority,agent construction fee standards,industry management and other aspects,analyzed the existing problems during the practice in agent construction system practice of Fujian provincial government investment project,and put forward specific measures,for reference.
