This paper simply discussed the importance of building construction cost dynamic management,from the construction,environment,architectural design and other aspects,analyzed the main factors influence of building construction cost dynamic management,put forward the measures to strengthen the building construction cost dynamic management,so as to enhance the economic benefits of construction enterprises.
