医疗废物高温蒸煮处理工程实例研究 被引量:2

摘要 广西某市医疗废物处理的工程设计规模为3t/d,高温蒸煮设备的运行温度为134℃,处理时间为45min。经过高温蒸煮处理后,废物被破碎、压缩运送至填埋场进行填埋。在处理过程中产生的废气、废水经过相应处理后,均达到国家排放标准要求排放。整个工程投资总成本为950.84万元,运行成本为920元/t。 The scale of the engineering design project of steam- based treatment on medical waste inGuangxi province was 3 t/d, the operation temperature was 134 ℃, run time was 45 min. After high tem-perature cooking, the waste was broken, compressed and transported to the landfill site. The waste gas andwaste water produced in the treatment process could meet the requirements of the national emission stan-dard after the corresponding treatment. The investment of the project was 9.50 million yuan, and runningcosts was about 920 yuan/t.
