摘要
目的探析医院实施优质护理对护理人员形象管理的影响。方法选择该院2013年1月—2016年2月期间不同科室的100名护理人员,同时抽取患者200例。将其随机分为试验组和对照组,护理人员各50名,患者各100例。对照组护理人员自2013年1月—2014年1月为患者不实施优质护理服务,试验组自2014年2月—2016年2月护理人员为患者实施优质护理服务,比较护理人员的综合素质、业务水平及患者的护理满意度等情况。结果实施优质护理后,试验组护理人员的综合素质与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施优质护理后,试验组理论成绩(88.2±5.6)分,操作成绩(90.7±4.7)分,患者满意度(98.4±2.3),与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院通过实施优质护理服务,为护理人员塑造了良好的社会形象,改善了护患紧张关系,提高了护理满意度,提高了护理质量,值得应用。
Objective To study the effect of hospital high-quality nursing on image management of nursing staff. Methods 100 nursing staff of different departments of our hospital from January 2013 to February 2016 were selected, at the same time, 200 cases of patients were extracted and divided into two groups with 100 cases in each, 50 nursing staff in the con-trol group did not implement high-quality nursing service from January 2013 to January 2014, 50 nursing staff in the test group implemented high-quality nursing service from February 2014 to February 2016, and the comprehensive quality, busi-ness level and nursing satisfactory degree of patients of nursing staff were compared. Results After the implementation of high-quality nursing, the difference in the comprehensive quality of nursing staff between the test group and the control group was obvious by comparison with statistical significance （P〈0.05）, there were obvious differences in the theory score, operation score and satisfactory degree of patients between the test group and the control group by comparison with statisti-cal significance, and the theory score, operation score and satisfactory degree in the test group were respectively （88.2±5.6） marks, （90.7±4.7） marks and（98.4±2.3）. Compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The hospital shapes a good social image, improves the tensions between nurses and patients, nursing satisfacto-ry degree and nursing quality, which is worth application through the high-quality nursing services.
