摘要
目的探讨PBL教学法在神经内科临床带教中的具体实施及应用效果。方法将2015年8月—2016年2月在神经内科临床见习的50名本科生随机分为实验组和对照组,各25名,分别在临床教学中应用PBL教学法和传统教学法,比较两组临床带教效果。结果实验组学生专业理论和实践技能考核实际均高于对照组,对临床带教的总满意率(96.0%)也高于对照组(76.0%),比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PBL教学法应用于神经内科临床带教中,能够调动学生的学习积极性,有助于提高其分析问题和解决问题的能力,效果值得肯定。
Objective To study the specific implementation and application effect of PBL teaching method in the clinical teaching in the department of neurology. Methods 50 cases of undergraduates for clinical practice in our hospital from Au-gust 2015 to February 2016 were randomly divided into two groups with 25 cases in each, the experimental group applied PBL teaching method in clinical teaching, the control group applied traditional teaching method in clinical teaching, and the clinical teaching effects of the two groups were compared. Results The professional theory and practice skill examination in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the total satisfactory rate of clinical teaching in the experimental group was also higher than that in the control group, and the differences were obvious by comparison, (96.0%vs 76.0%), P〈0.05. Conclusion The application of PBL teaching method in the clinical teaching in the department of neu-rology can motivate the learning enthusiasm of students and contributes to improving the problem-analyzing and problem-solving abilities, and the effect is positive.
