摘要
目的探讨诱导期血液透析患者常见的护理问题及对策。方法选取该院收治的50例血液透析诱导期患者的临床资料进行分析,随机将50例患者分为两组,观察组和对照组各25例。对照组行常规护理措施,观察组在常规护理基础上行针对性的护理措施,观察两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组各指标并发症发生率明显比对照组低,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分析诱导期血液净化患者常见的护理问题,开展针对性的护理对策,能提升患者整体的护理质量,降低并发症发生率。
Objective To study the common nursing problems and countermeasures of patients with blood purification in the induction period. Methods The clinical data of 50 cases of patients with hemodialysis in the induction period admitted and treated in our hospital were analyzed and randomly divided into two groups with 25 cases in each, the control group adopted conventional nursing measures, the observation group adopted targeted nursing measures on the basis of conventional nurs-ing, and the nursing effect of the two groups was observed. Results The incidence rates of various index complications in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance between groups by comparison（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The analysis of common nursing problems in patients with blood purifi-cation in the induction period and carrying out targeted nursing countermeasures can improve the overall nursing quality of patients and reduce the incidence rate of complications.
