摘要
针对疏浚作业中由于泥泵剧烈振动引起蜗壳变形和噪声的问题,以某型绞吸挖泥船上的泥泵为研究对象,利用Pro/E软件建立泥泵的三维模型,采用有限元法进行仿真分析,结果表明,泥泵的最大应力位于靠近隔舌的叶轮出口壁面处,泥泵振动与泥浆质量浓度有关,振幅变化与振动阶次有关。
For the problem of the pump volute appears deformed and noise problems caused by strong vibration when dredging,taking a mud pump of certain dredger as the research object. The Pro / E software is used to establish the three-dimensional model of mud pump. The finite element method is adopted to analyze the strength and vibration characteristics of the mud pump.The results show that the position of highest stress is located in the wall of near impeller outlet; the vibration of mud pump is related to the mud concentration,and the amplitude changes is connect with the vibration order.
