摘要
目的：分析全程陪伴分娩护理助产对分娩的影响。方法：收集2014年1月~2015年1月产科分娩的初产妇134例作为研究对象,随机分为两组。对照组67例,采用分娩常规护理;观察组67例,采用全程陪伴护理,比较两组患者的产程时间、分娩方式、产后2h出血量、新生儿窒息率及产妇满意率。结果：观察组产妇的产程时间、产后2h出血量、新生儿窒息情况明显低于对照组产妇,自然分娩高于对照组,对护理助产满意率97.0%高于对照组85.1%,两组比较差异显著,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：全程陪伴分娩护理助产能够提高产妇自然分娩率,缩短产程时间,减少产后出血量、新生儿窒息率,提高产妇对护理工作的满意率,对保证母婴安全起到了积极的作用。
Objective：To analyze the impact of accompany childbirth midwifery care for childbirth.Methods：134cases of early maternal undergoing obstetric delivery from January 2014 to January 2015 were taken as research objects,who were randomly divided into two groups.The control group 67 cases received routine delivery care and the observation group 67 cases received accompany care.Then compare the labor time,delivery way,postpartum hemorrhage 2h,neonatal asphyxia,and maternal satisfaction of the two groups.Results：The labor time,2hpostpartum hemorrhage,neonatal asphyxia of the observation group was significantly lower than those of the control group,natural childbirth higher than that of the control group,nursing midwifery satisfaction rate 97.0% was higher than 85.1%in the control group.The difference of the two groups is significantly statistical（P0.05）.Conclusion：Accompany childbirth midwifery care can improve maternal natural childbirth rate,shorten labor time,reduce postpartum hemorrhage,neonatal asphyxia,improve maternal care and job satisfaction,to ensure safe motherhood has played a positive role.
