摘要
分析宽内圈异形张紧轮轴承结构特点和塑料保持架的装配难点,在原塑料保持架压装模具的基础上,设计了一种新的、适合于宽内圈异形张紧轮轴承保持架装配的模具,并介绍了保持架装配原理和装配模具的结构设计。新的保持架装配模具提高了生产效率和产品质量,减少了因保持架装配损坏造成的损失。
The structural characteristics of special shaped tensioning wheel bearings with extended inner rings and assembly difficulties of plastic cages are analyzed. A new assembly die for the cages is designed based on original press assembly die for plastic cages,and the structural design of assembly die and assembly principles of cages are introduced. The new assembly die for cages improves production efficiency and product quality,reduces loss caused by assembly damage of cages.
