摘要 煤炭是湖北的主要能源,占全省能源消费总量的比重为62%。湖北既是一个用煤大省,又是一个产煤小省,93%以上的煤炭、98%以上的电煤消费需要依靠外省调入。发展现代煤炭物流,优化煤炭物流系统,对提高物流效率、降低物流成本、增强煤炭稳定供应能力、保障全省能源安全具有重要意义。文中以能源和物流两个视角,分析了湖北煤炭物流发展面临的挑战,从规划、运行及监管方面提出了煤炭物流系统构建和运行优化策略。 Coal is the main energy in Hubei,accounting for the proportion of the total energy consumption of the province is 62%. Hubei is a big province with coal,but also a small coal producing province,more than 93% of coal,more than 98% of the electricity consumption need rely on other provinces transferred. Developing modern coal logistics,optimizing the coal logistics system,to improve the efficiency of logistics,reduce logistics costs,and enhance the stability of coal supply capacity,to protect the province's energy security is of great significance. Based on two perspectives of energy and logistics,this paper analyzes the challenges facing the development of Hubei coal logistics,and puts forward the construction and operation optimization strategy of the coal logistics system from the aspects of planning,operation and supervision.
