摘要
[目的]观察消渴解郁汤联合西药治疗2型糖尿病抑郁症疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将138例住院及门诊患者按病志号抽签/就诊顺序号方法简单随机分两组;常规降糖。对照组69例氟哌噻吨美利曲辛,10mg/次,2次/d。治疗组69例消渴解郁汤(黄连10g,当归15g,麦芽20g,山药30g,山楂、赤芍、枳壳各20g,桑叶25g,生地黄15g),1剂/d,水煎400m L,早晚口服。连续治疗3个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、ISI水平、HAMD评分、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈17例,显效27例,有效17例,无效8例,总有效率88.40%;对照组痊愈7例,显效11例,有效22例,无效29例,总有效率58.00%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P〈0.01)。ISI和HAMD评分两组均有改善(P〈0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P〈0.01)。[结论]消渴解郁汤联合西药治疗2型糖尿病抑郁症,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
Combined with key points and technological improvement of electrical engineering and technical, this paper summarizes the construction project and construction technology of weak current system installation.This technology needs the construction, installation and decoration engineering personnel to communicate in a timely manner so as to improve the construction quality of mechanical and electrical installation.
