摘要
高职院校面向社会需求,是以职业教育为核心,以培养产业技师为目标的就业教育,提升高职毕业生就业率的关键在于不断深化和完善就业指导工作,构建符合高职院校自身发展的就业指导体系,这在现在"互联网+"蓬勃发展的时代更显得尤为重要。本文面向"互联网+"形势下的高职院校就业的新模式、新常态,从改善就业指导模式、改革就业指导工作系统,深化特殊就业群体帮扶及优化就业指导工作队伍等方面探讨如何构建新形势下的高职院校就业指导体系。
Higher vocational college meets the social demand and is an employment education, the core of which is career education and the goal of which is training industrial technician. The key to how to promote the employment rate is to constantly improve and deepen the employment guidance work and to establish the employment guidance system suitable for the development of the higher vocational college, which is essential in the era of ＂Internet＋＂development. According to the new pattern and new normality of employment under the ＂Intemet＋＂, how to establish the system of employment guidance for higher vocational college under the new situation is discussed from the following aspects： improving the employment guidance pattern, innovating the work system of employment guidance, deepening the aid of special employment group, optimizing the employment guidance team,etc.
