摘要 通过对某发电厂机组特性分析,结合目前电力市场的相应考核规则和影响机组一次调频的因素,针对机组转速与电网频率对应转速存在偏差而影响机组一次调频效果的问题,通过平移一次调频转速死区,提高了机组转速与电网频率对应转速的吻合性,保证机组一次调频动作与电网要求同步。分析了在目前的考核规则下一次调频死区的大小对一次调频的影响,提出了死区取2 r/min为最合适。分析了高压调节阀的调节速度对一次调频的影响,提出增加蓄能器和提高抗燃油压力以提高高压调阀动作的及时性。通过以上改进提高一次调频动作的正确性和效果,减少了考核。 The paper analyzes the property of a plant unit and evaluation rules for current electric power market as well as the influencing factors of primary frequency regulation of units. The difference between unit rotation speed and rotation speed corresponding to grid frequency affects the primary frequency regulation. By translation of the dead zone of primary frequency regulation speed, anastomosis between unit rotation speed and power frequency corresponding speed is improved to ensure that unit primary frequency synchronizes with grid requirements. The paper analyzes the impact of the dead zone size on primary frequency and presents an optimum of 2 r/min; By analyzing the effect of the high-pressure regulating valve on primary frequency regulation, the paper suggests equipping accumulator and improving the anti-fuel oil pressure to improve the timeliness of the high-pressure adjustment valve operation. Through these improvements, the correctness and effect of the primary frequency regulation are improved, and the evaluation is reduced.
