摘要
在新的发展时期,按照国家教育"三个面向"的战略方针,北京联合大学在全国率先成立机器人学院,提出系列创新举措。以人工智能发展的时代背景下建立机器人学院为案例,在应用型大学的科研和人才培养模式创新的理念、范式和制度三个维度思考,阐述了"以科学任务带动科学研究",取得无人驾驶智能车研发的显著成绩。在此基础上,以任务带人才培养,产学研用相结合,形成应用型大学科研和人才培养"智行合一""深学笃用"的理念和范式,进行综合改革,破除阻碍科技创新和人才培养模式创新发展的体制机制问题,并为之提供创新动力保障。
In the new development period, according to the "three facing" strategic policy of education, the first College of Robotics in our country was established in Beijing Union University and a series of innovative measures were brought forward. Taking the establishment of Robotics College in an era of artificial intelligence as an example, reflecting from the idea, paradigm and system of research and talent-cultivation mode innovation in applied universities, the paper discussed the concept of "science task driving scientific research" , and prominent achievements have been made on unmanned intelligent vehicle. Based on these achievements, driving talent- cultivation with tasks, integrating manufacture, study, research and application, the concept and paradigm of "syncretizing wisdom with practice, combining thorough learning with steadfast application" in the scientific research and talent-cultivation of applied university have been formed. The comprehensive reform broke away with the system and mechanism problems which impede technological and talent-cultivation mode innovation and guaranteed innovation power.
