摘要
以新形势下军校本科教育目标为纲领,分析了本科研讨式教学的特点,着眼贴近实战,突出第一岗位任职能力培养,对其进行准确定位。并结合航空军事运输课程,对如何提高军校本科学员研讨式教学质量进行思考。提出科学有效地提高本科学员研讨式教学质量,必须把握本科学员的特征、准确定位实施条件、选择适当的主题和研讨形式、规范实施程序、控制好关键点。
To achieve the goals of undergraduate education in military academies,this paper analyzes the characteristics of classroom discussion in undergraduate teaching and defines it in view of the combat and first post needs. The course Air Military Transportation is used as an example to suggest that to improve the efficiency of classroom discussion,teachers should know their students well,be sure about the discussing conditions,choose appropriate discussion topic and form,design the discussing procedures and keep the key discussing points under control.
