A Method for Constructing the Knowledge Base in the Field of Microbiology

摘要 从构建面向微生物领域的知识库出发,研究了微生物领域的知识词典构建算法,在此基础上实现了语义扩展检索功能,设计并实现了微生物知识检索系统,对系统的查全率和查准率两个方面进行了实验分析.实验结果表明,与传统的关键词匹配技术相比,基于知识库的语义检索技术在查全率方面提高了72%,在查准率方面提高了5%. This paper starts from the construction of knowledge base in the field of microbiology, study the domain knowledge dictionary construction algorithm, and implement semantic retrieval function on this basis. We designed and implemented a knowledge retrieval system and analyzed the recall and precision of the system. The results showed that compared with the keyword-based retrieval, semantic retrieval based on the knowledge base improved the recall of 72% and 5% in precision.
